Sizing.

Most bikinis are available in a XS (4-6), S (6-8), M (8-10), L (12-14). Please note that sizing is approximate, feel free to ask for more accurate measurements. Be sure to contact me to inquire about what sizes are in stock or if you require something particular. At the moment I can offer mixed sizes in the following styles only: Roseline Flamingo, Ophelia Pineapple, Leliza Enchantment and Layla Cheeky Pant. 

For phone cases, they are on pre-order for delivery around 6 weeks (possible more/less depending on postal traffic). Phone cases come in most iPhone and Samsung models - be sure to ask about any other model.

Delivery.

Delivery to the UK is £2 or FREE on orders exceeding x2 bikinis. This includes Jersey.

Delivery across seas is approximately £8, depending on the total of your order. The more you order the cheaper international delivery will be for you. Please note Matilda Bay cannot be responsible for any import or customs charges your country may apply, Matilda Bay is unable to refund you for these expenses. 

I send all parcels, whatever the destination by Royal Mail Signed For delivery service. A signature will be required upon delivery. 

Neoprene items are dispatched in a box to keep them safe, all other items will be in a padded mail bag.

Returns.

Matilda Bay operates a strict 14 day returns policy. Day one begins when you receive your order, as stated by the tracking information that comes with your parcel. I regret to inform that I am unable to accept returns or exchanges after the 14 day period. Please keep proof of postage so I can see you posted the item within the 14 day period, should it arrive after this period.

Please send returns/exchanges in packaging that it came in if possible and include your name and email address somewhere in the package. Returns/exchanges will be processed in 1-2 days of receiving the item safely.

I cannot accept returns or exchanges for faulty goods (unless faulty when arrived with you), this includes breakages or any stains. Please do not wear any creams, fake tan or make up when trying on the garments and always wear underwear.

All images are taken by myself. Please do not remove the watermarks. Some watermarks read 'Magical Matilda Apparel' this was the name of the business before rebranding. Please do not use any of the images without giving credit to Matilda Bay.
